Responding to the owners’ desires, the house is spread across two floors and includes an exterior patio that can seamlessly merge with the interior, creating a more spacious area during the summer. The ground floor accommodates the daytime area, featuring a generous living room, a dining area, and a kitchen, while the upper floor is dedicated to the resting zone, with bedrooms and a laundry room.

The contemporary character of this house harmoniously blends with its surroundings, thanks to a reinterpretation of local elements. The main façade has been designed with discreet openings and a vertical geometry that resembles the traditional windows of nearby buildings. Additionally, a sloping roof covered with Arab ceramic tiles adds a warm and earthy finish, while typical regional materials such as coatings, bricks, and stones complete the ensemble.

The patio becomes an essential element for maximizing the owners’ comfort by providing ample natural ventilation and lighting, while also tempering the external temperatures. From a spatial perspective, the views extend and enrich, blurring the boundaries between the interior and exterior, creating a sense of continuity and connection.
