A 7.20m frontage between two 20-story buildings that cast their shadows in all their magnitude.

Structurally, 18m-deep piles were made and the entire property was strategically roofed in order to advance in the excavation of the two subsoils and then continue with the successive slabs between those 61m-high party walls.

It was thought of an open plan that would be held from side to side with the portico concept, thus achieving the width and height of the front completely glazed.

They are exclusive units with 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 132 m2 with balconies, wide spaces and the best view.

The apartments are equipped with furniture and closets, engineered floors and top quality porcelain, hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, high-performance openings.

On the 20th floor is the closed barbecue area with barbecue, stove, air conditioning and outside deck with reflecting pool.
