Our motive was to design the interiors such that it enhances the overall lifestyle of the occupants. Regarding the materials, we have only used the shaded of grey & brown with many textures to keep the apartment look minimal yet luxurious.

Entering the apartment, one can see 30’ long open plan consisting of family sitting along with dining and kitchen. The ceiling here is kept raw and elegant which has concrete texture combined with fluted panels. The combination of brown Italian leather sofa & marble center table add luxury and comfort to the space. To create a cozy sit-out to chill and relax, the east facing balcony is developed with artificial lawn with garden sitting & swing.

The kitchen design is made modular having matte acrolam cabinets with soothing combination of corian kitchen top and fluted Tile as dado. The elegant white onyx Italian marble dining top is paired up with grey leather revolving chairs.

To give different identity to all bedrooms & drawing room, we have put light toned wooden vinyl flooring on the existing grey tiles. The console in the passage leading to the bedrooms is designed by the use of stone veneer panels paired with strategically placed mirror which gives the feeling of hugeness to the space.

The Drawing Room’s ceiling is beautified with Grey knotted cladding pattern of modified clay with teakwood grid ceiling. The backdrop of seating furniture is highlighted with light-stone cladded wall. The strategically placed motorized wooden blinds on the east side gives a beautiful play of light & shadow during the day time. TV wall is made unique by combining wooden fluted panels and marble printed laminates.

The master bedroom is given a stylish look by Cream-colored wpc fluted panels contrasted with veneer & PU finishes. Bold blue bed is customized with hydraulic storage with fine detail. The stylish chairs paired with coffee table in the corner of the room adds coziness to the space. In the Son Bedroom, the veneer paneling with teakwood patti is carried forward from ceiling to wall which gives continuous look to the space. And the wardrobes are kept silent by using PU shutters with a camouflaged Toilet door. Teakwood fluted panel with light PU finish highlights the Daughter’s Bedroom. Here, The Toilet door is finely camouflaged with fluted panel besides the bed. To make the Guest bedroom look spacious, it is designed neutral and simple with same colour palette.

The combination of Aesthetic, Technical & Functional aspects makes this apartment a perfect home representing every space individually with a perfect ambience as a whole. Each little addition and accessory in every room and corner of the house is selected to add to the house’s overall aesthetic, grace and grandeur, though keeping it simple and subtle…and yet, significant!
