Unlimited Motors, a leading automobile sales business with multiple dealership locations throughout central Indiana, came to Progress Studio to design a new, fully custom automobile sales and service facility complete with customer lounge, exclusive client spaces, and top-shelf photography studio.

Along with a capacity for 500 on-site vehicles for sale, the site in Westfield, Indiana is prepped for an electric future with installed and planned charging stations. Service areas include an accessory and detail wing adjacent to their photography studio. Unlimited Motors came to Progress Studio to design a facility that would be elegant, timeless and customer-focused. Additionally, quality space for employees, inviting sales and support offices, and multipurpose rooms allow for maximizing the use of the dealership.
Being an independent company, Unlimited Motors and Progress Studio were able to work one-on-one with each other to finalize 100% custom plans and specifications on their new automotive facility. Because of this flexibility, the dealership’s street presence is immediately felt with large expanses of glass and chic entrances for both showroom experiences.
An open and airy sales area is flanked by the customer service and concierge lounge, with the other side featuring a large, covered customer vehicle delivery. Due to the current and targeted customer base, the owners’ suites are set up for executive meeting spaces and an outdoor roof deck for entertaining.
