The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and established businesses.
The Greenmark Platinum – award winning building offers collaborative work spaces, shared media facilities, venture suites, flexible offices and a host of amenities to create a creative tech hub that reduces energy and water consumption; and promotes social well-being through its inclusion of skycourts and gardens.
