As a unique design feature, citizens and tourists can cross through the inner green courtyards of the building to get from Munich’s historic center to the city’s famous museum quarter. The building itself is designed as a modern and inspiring work environment that encourages collaboration and knowledge-sharing across departments, while at the same time allowing employees to withdraw to quiet zones for concentrated work. The building complex is one of Europe’s most sustainable headquarters.
