Ample numbers of furniture pieces are getting attention due to the elimination of corners with rounded edges and curved shapes becoming a part of modern interior design. Rounded arches, bubble light fixtures, rounded corners of sofas, chaises, benches are spotted with undulations reflecting organic form. The artful influence of the Art Deco style is continuing in spaces. The symmetry and balance provide a structure and discipline to the overall area. The influence of the style is still prevalent, but it is less ornamented, organic, and reflects restraint. These interiors are set apart by using layers of distinct lighting, mirrored elements like lacquered wood, glossy paint, shiny chrome brass fittings, gold, silver, stainless steel. Geometry is abundant in this style, including chevron patterns, zig-zags by making the space unique and eye-catching. Glass topped tables, mirrored sculptural elements add to the elegant feel of an art deco styled space.
