The house is built on a slope and is designed to take advantage of maximum sunlight and stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

The main entrance and garage are situated at the lowest point of the site. The house has been positioned in a way that allows it to be distanced from dense development and to be concentrated around a courtyard where all the main premises face. This approach has allowed for 80% of the trees to be left untouched, preserving a large area of a small site.

The architecture of the house consists of three blocks. The first block, situated on the ground floor, contains a living room-kitchen with a separate functional kitchen.

The second floor contains a master area with a bedroom, walk-in closet, and bathroom.

The second block, situated on the ground floor, contains a garage and a utility block. The second floor contains a home office that can also serve as a second bedroom and a SPA with a small floating bathtub and a gym.

Above this block, there are two children’s rooms, and the last block contains rooms for staff.

The transition between the blocks is made in the form of a double-height gallery that will be filled with art objects from the clients’ collection. The gallery’s large glass area allows for more natural light to enter the space, and it has enabled the architects to move away from dark corridors.

The house has three terraces, two of which are on the ground floor near the living room and dining room, while the third is next to the master bedroom on the second floor.

The balance of volumes, the alternation of dark and light, horizontal and vertical textures, transparent and dense, perfectly fits the house into the surrounding context. The design emphasizes the main principle of Kerimov Architects, which is that each place has its architecture.
