We developed a lean but complete project, with the openings of all units facing the East, avoiding the setting sun, as the average temperature in the city is over 30 degrees, reaching peaks of 42 degrees.

The common use areas were distributed on the ground floor and on the roof. On the ground floor there was a hall for events and a shared workspace, among others.

On the roof, swimming pool and gym. The roof has a view of almost the entire city, favoring the sunset and the horizon, as Campo Grande is a very flat and sprawling city.

The units are mostly Studios, spacious and airy, with large openings enhancing natural lighting and ventilation, aided by a small balcony.
