The site has two neighboring constructions that serve as vacation sites as well, and the south front faces the beach. The masterplan involved placing the house in the middle of the site, with an access path that crosses the long axis of the construction.

The plan also included containing the main construction between a circular wall to the sides, but always preserving the geometry in its pure form on the blueprint. This wall disappears at the south part of the project, opening a wide view to the ocean.

This circular plan contains and serves multiple purposes, such as terraces, pool areas, and more private gardens. The house is oriented to the north and south, having in its plan a strong, linear, and structural axis that holds the program within. The most public and open space is in the middle of this linear arrangement, blurring the line between the inside and outside to the beach.
