From the outset, the vision for Aikya was clear — create a space that feels elevated and expansive, yet grounded in simplicity. The design process was almost meditative, balancing light and shadow, openness and privacy, movement and pause. Every decision — from spatial planning to material palette — stemmed from a desire to harmonize structure and soul. Despite being nestled within an 1800 sq ft urban plot, Aikya carries itself with grace, effortlessly accommodating a total built-up area of 3600 sq ft across three villa apartments.
The striking façade features clean lines, textured finishes, and warm materials that reflect a
contemporary chic aesthetic. A standout detail is the intricate laser-cut metal panel at the front, inspired by the Flower of Life — a sacred geometric symbol that represents the genesis of creation. This design element not only adds visual richness but also reinforces Aikya’s deeper spiritual narrative of unity and interconnectedness.
Carefully placed wood-clad accents and jaali screens bring visual depth and privacy, while the glass balconies lend openness and transparency. Each apartment is treated like an independent home, complete with private entrances, dedicated lobbies at the stilt level, and access to private terraces — a rarity in dense city neighborhoods.
The interiors at Aikya are defined by a quiet elegance. Neutral tones, tactile materials, and artful contrasts shape a soothing palette. Whether it’s the bespoke wardrobes, texture-rich walls, or thoughtfully placed decor accents — every detail has been curated to enhance calm and clarity.
