Its design epitomizes understated elegance, achieved through the minimal use of textures, materials, and bespoke wallpapers, creating a timeless, minimalistic, and clutter-free space that reflects stylish luxury.
The villa boasts large double windows, high ceilings, neutral-toned walls, wooden architraves, and full functionality. The openness and scale are immediately felt upon entry, with ample natural light streaming through large windows and glass facades. This three-story villa includes a living room, dining area with a beautiful continuous glass roof, indoor swimming pool, patio, Chef’s kitchen, four main bedrooms, one kids’ room, game zone, home theatre, spa with jacuzzi, utility, and staff quarters. All areas are tech-enabled with mood controls to adapt to different times of the day.
The use of full-size tiles throughout the house maintains a sense of grandeur, while wooden flooring in select areas adds warmth. The originally planned outdoor swimming pool was transformed into an indoor pool with a glass roof, air conditioning, and a sound system, seamlessly connecting with the living area for an exceptional unwinding experience.
The spacious double-height living room on the first level is subtly divided into six areas: formal sitting, dining area, pool area, two bedrooms, and kitchen. Each corner of this multifunctional space assumes a unique identity. Textured walls add drama, while the furniture selection is minimalistic and cozy, in tan and pastel tones, to maintain open spaces and highlight quirky art pieces in each room.
The second-level bedrooms exude a cool and cozy atmosphere. One bedroom features a blue bed against muted mocha walls and grey-toned curtains, with a hollow ceiling, mood light chandelier, and green planters adding freshness. Another bedroom uses soft, muted warm tones for a pleasing and smooth look.
The harmonious blend of colors, materials, and textures creates an uncanny depth throughout the villa. The kids’ bedroom adds pops of color and playful spaces, making it amusing and lively. The home theatre provides an ultimate relaxation and entertainment experience with plush recliners and a deep hollow ceiling adorned with tiny LED lights.
The primary objective for this second home is to creatively use the existing framework, maintaining open spaces while incorporating entertaining social areas.
