The color concept is based on a “white box” approach, where vibrant colors are used inside niches and closed cabinets to create contrast. A central concrete wall was left exposed to highlight the structure of the building, while the kitchen shaft is clad in white ceramic tiles inspired by traditional Bavarian stoves.

The children’s room features a multifunctional volume, inspired by a princess castle, that integrates a wardrobe and bunk bed.

The bathroom is barrier-free and minimalist, featuring an open shower. The angled walls in the master bedroom and office were visually softened using colors and built-in furniture materials. A transparent glass wardrobe in the bedroom enhances the sense of space
