The client was a family of 5

With one couple and 3 children.

As both the parents were from joint families and being chartered accountants by profession they have larger guests to attend. So requirements were simple with larger living spaces with modern fixtures and design.

Located on a busy chowk of savedi area in Ahmednagar, the main challenges were the noise and dust from the road, as it was facing the front.

Living and dining space

The entrance was conceived to be a welcoming place to have a sense of ” modern touch ” feeling, Grey PU finish paint is applied on MDF bands of 2″ wide along with the height of the wall and width of the ceiling, Profile light has been added to break the monotony of MDF panels and add the features to it. The MDF panels have been extended to the dining area, so that you will be taken over to the further spaces. The existing balcony has been covered to meet the larger living spaces requirements.

In the living and dining area the challenge was to make it look spacious along with having sufficient furniture around to cater to the daily needs of the owners. The L-sofa was custom made with the option of detaching the lounger making it formal seating.

The same language of the entrance area has been taken over to the TV back wall keeping in mind the requirements of photo frame. The profile has been added to highlight the unit.

The round white marble table supported by a brass finish metal frame breaks the monotony of lines and rectangular surfaces.

The same marble has been used for the dining table with wooden legs with a PU finish.

Custome made Tropical summer wallpaper used to highlight the dining wall.

The vibrant color of the furniture is highlighted more by keeping the wall and floor muted.

The Pooja room has been placed on the N-E corner as per Vastu. Window seating has been provided in the living and family area for the children to look around the road.

Dual Profile light has been used significantly to add more charm and luxury to the space.
