The project employs a neutral and tactile palette — light wood, travertine navona and sandy tones — to establish a coherent architectural language suited to a family that prioritizes integrated living and the ability to host with ease.

A custom muxarabi panel organizes the circulation and visual hierarchy of the house. Extending from the entrance hall to the staircase and living area, it functions as a unifying element and reinforces the vertical connection between levels. On the ground floor, kitchen, dining and living areas form a single open plan, while the gourmet area engages the exterior through retractable glazing that eliminates the barrier between inside and out. A green wall positioned along the boundary line extends the visual depth of the space. Concealed doors, structural glass enclosing the staircase, and light-toned joinery with continuous finishes contribute to a streamlined, uninterrupted interior environment.

The upper level accommodates the private program, with bedrooms defined by specific color palettes and functional layouts. The girl’s bedroom uses soft greens, blues and warm accents to produce a calm atmosphere. The boy’s bedroom incorporates nautical references and preserves an open central area for play, maintaining its direct connection to the terrace.

The shared bathroom combines pink and blue over a terrazzo floor, introducing a simple and contemporary composition. In the primary suite, materials such as linen, light wood and textured wallcoverings maintain the project’s overall aesthetic; the en-suite bathroom, clad throughout and illuminated by a skylight, benefits from uniform natural lighting.

Across all spaces, the project emphasizes clarity, integration and material coherence. The strategic continuity of surfaces, the neutral palette and the unobstructed transitions between environments promote comfort and facilitate everyday use. Muxarabi House demonstrates an architectural approach focused on functional performance, spatial efficiency and a strengthened relationship with the immediate landscape — principles that align with current residential design practices.
