The design vision for Shanti Vihar-23 was clear: the clients wanted a contemporary, stylish home that could meet the needs of all family members. Nadora by Ritu Gupta took this concept and crafted a space that feels both fresh and connected to nature. Terracotta jali tiles on the facade bring an organic element to the home’s design, allowing fresh air circulation and enhancing the bright, airy quality of the interiors.

As you enter, the careful planning of the layout becomes apparent. The rooms flow seamlessly from one to the next—drawing room, family lounge, and dining area—all designed to offer comfort and style while enhancing the overall spatial experience. Centrally placed shafts ensure abundant natural light and ventilation, making the entire home feel open and lively.

The design inspiration was to strike a harmonious balance between contemporary sophistication and natural warmth. This is exemplified by the terracotta jali and a serene interior palette, with colors ranging from soft whites, creams, taupes, and sage to deeper tones like brown, grey, and black. The master bedroom, featuring a combination of sage green and cherry red, demonstrates how contrasting colors can create a dynamic yet balanced environment.

Attention to detail is evident throughout the home, creating a luxurious feel. Italian stone flooring enhances elegance, while the onyx-clad wall in the drawing room and an onyx-topped dining table serve as standout focal points. Rich wood veneer paneling in the dining area adds texture and warmth, complementing the opulent feel carried throughout the space. Bathrooms feature tiles that mimic Italian stone, maintaining a consistent sense of luxury across all rooms.

Textures are thoughtfully integrated to add depth and comfort, from the fumed oak veneer in the family lounge to the stone-textured bathroom tiles. The onyx wall cladding in the drawing room creates a striking visual, while hand-painted artwork on the master bedroom’s bed back wall introduces a personal, artistic touch, adding to the character and uniqueness of Shanti Vihar-23.
