The primary design concept for this project is minimalism – an open and airy space, with basic square shapes combined with neutral color tones, creating a space that aligns with the homeowners’ style.

The sunken living room, situated on the former car garage floor, provides a private, relaxing space, enhancing intimacy and coziness.

A bar counter next to the living room overlooks the front garden, offering a convenient space for drinks and creating a small café-like ambiance with a garden view, blending privacy and nature.

“Mini Supermarket”: Unlike many large homes, where functionality is often overlooked, this space serves as a storage area for dry goods, beverages, snacks, and kitchen tools.

By stripping away unnecessary embellishments, the design focuses attention on the essential items, allowing the mind to be free from material distractions. In this style, we emphasize the durability and utility of objects.

Common Space on the Second Floor

The hidden office behind a bookshelf is designed for introverted individuals. This quiet, private space allows the homeowner to concentrate without distraction, offering both convenience and privacy.

The master bedroom adopts a Japanese-inspired design, with a layout reminiscent of a Japanese onsen, featuring distinct zones for bathing and sanitation. This space is not only for rest but also serves as a place for the homeowners to unwind after a long day, giving the feel of a luxurious spa retreat

Children’s Bedrooms:

The two children’s bedrooms are connected by a sliding door, enhancing the bond between the siblings.

This design provides additional play space while maintaining privacy when needed.

Guest Room:

Every corner of Bơ Sứa House has been meticulously crafted by the homeowners, architects, and their team. Whether it’s the sunken living room for privacy, the Japanese-inspired master bedroom for relaxation, or the connected spaces for the children, every element works toward creating a warm and peaceful home, where all family members can find happiness and tranquility.
