The Living and Dining Rooms

The journey into vibrant tones begins with a large artwork that introduces a striking burst of orange, setting the tone for the living and dining areas. This piece not only injects color but also fills an expansive wall that rises to a double-height ceiling. Complementing the warmth of the painting, veneer paneling spans an adjacent wall and ceiling, and a console with sinuous color-blocked lines adds a touch of elegance. For visual balance, monochrome patterns like the herringbone upholstery on the settee and the black-and-white resin inlay dining table offer polished refinement.

Brushed brass accents highlight the legs of the dining table and the details of the chairs, juxtaposed against a dramatic marble panel that extends the height of the wall. Brass moldings flank this panel, subtly enhancing the room’s glamour.

The Kitchen

The kitchen features a sophisticated interplay of grey geometric tiles on the floor and rich burgundy cabinetry. This eclectic design maximizes both form and function, with an appliance garage concealed behind a rolling shutter to keep countertops clutter-free.

The Den

The former fourth bedroom has been transformed into a dual-purpose home office and lounging den for the lady of the house. The design brief called for a space that felt fresh, lively, and open, avoiding dark tones and materials. Ample storage is provided by cane-shuttered closets surrounding the desk. A composition of faces by Claymen adds a spectrum of colors above a plush orange sofa, enhancing the room’s vibrant, easy-breezy feel.

The Master Bedroom

Understated luxury defines the master bedroom, where miniature chandeliers hang above each bedside table, their intricate metal detailing mirrored in the vanity mirror. The room’s hero is a teal splash found in the artwork, upholstery, and linens on the bed, set against neutral walls with elegantly framed panels. Brass inlays adorn the walls and continue into the master bathroom, highlighting the basin and door frames.

The Parents’ Bedroom

Designed for the couple’s parents, this bedroom features a mature and elegant color palette, soothing tones, and textures paired with abstract art. The wall behind the bed showcases a combination of dark veneer, marble, and pattern-embossed upholstery. The adjoining bathroom is a serene retreat with tranquil blue floral tiles.

The Guest Room

The guest room exudes luxurious coziness with neutral tones and fine lines on the bedding, creating an inviting space for visitors. Floral wallpaper panels behind the bed evoke the charm of an English cottage, while brass-detailed white domed bedside lamps add a touch of glamour. The adjoining bathroom, with its terrazzo floor and walls, offers a playful yet elegant visual contrast.
