Deceptively simple, yet visually captivating, the Stchu-Moon reimagines the relationship between light and form. By separating the light source from the lighting object, it allows illumination to take on a distinct aesthetic presence of its own. The design features a metal or fibreglass hemisphere with a deliberately irregular internal surface that refracts light in multiple directions. This interplay enhances luminosity, transforming the entire structure into a radiant, glowing sculpture.
The Stchu-Moon is available in aluminium hemispheres of 40 cm, 60 cm, and 80 cm, as well as a 100 cm fibreglass version. Its interior surface is meticulously finished with gold, silver or copper leaf, while the exterior is rendered in a sophisticated matte black. The fixture is complemented by a nickel base and a steel spoon lamp holder, reflecting the brand’s attention to detail and material integrity.
