One building is becoming the headquarters of a family-led electrical engineering company, while the other represents the family’s real estate development company. Commercial Enterprise meets office use.
Similar, but not the same – One is dark, and the other building is bright. Expansive terraces create space and sovereignty between the buildings.
While the office building represents spacious, fan-shaped terraces, the commercial building, too, is getting a clear-cut terrace oriented towards the office building. Truly a mini-ensemble on the plot.
