Pakubuwono Signature is a luxury apartment located in South Jakarta, Indonesia, designed by INSADA. In this project INSADA is responsible for the interior design of the public spaces such a Ground Floor and Basement Lobbies, Guest Waiting Room / Solarium, Library, Gym, Cigar Lounge, Rooftop Spa Area. INSADA is also involved in the development of the apartment units.

To create a luxurious entrance for the residential lobby on ground floor and basements, INSADA utilizes deep-colored figured wood veneer with satin finish, and marble as its base wall and floor finishes respectively.
Four tower columns in the middle of the lobby space are further articulated with copper reveals, sconces, and lines inspired by Art Deco ornaments and aesthetics. To complete the look, a custom inverted pyramid crystal decorative lighting is placed in the middle, paired by artworks on either side of the lobby wall.
From the front door, through the columns of the ground lobby, residents can view the solarium, which overlooks the outdoor pool. Acting as a distant focal point, the solarium is designed to be an accent space with predominantly black color scheme on the walls and floors. While the contemporary furniture, mixture of heavy and light, is draped with gray fabric. Accent sunshine yellow colors appear on seat cushions to uplift and balance the space.
