The design concept, that could be called as “The Crack,” is inspired by local wetland ecosystems, where seasonal water changes form abstract patterns in the soil, reflective water surfaces, and pockets of vibrant vegetation.

LJ-Group’s design for the ground floor establishes a strong connection with the surrounding urban environment, extending the public space beyond the project’s boundaries. This area serves as a transitional zone between the city and the building lobbies, doubling as a public plaza. It encourages interaction with the city, enhancing pedestrian connectivity and fostering a lively, interconnected community.

At the residential podium level, a key feature is the 360-degree infinity pool, offering panoramic views. The pool includes an Olympic-sized lap area, a Jacuzzi spa, shallow lounge zones, and a family pool with playful water features. The design draws inspiration from the restorative power of water, reflecting the transformation of arid soil rejuvenated by seasonal rains.

The reflective pool forms an outer boundary, blending the visual landscape, while the surrounding garden provides a natural, calming atmosphere. Key amenities are positioned between these two elements, including a café, a children’s play area, an outdoor dining space, sun decks, and custom-designed lounge pavilions.

The office podiums are designed as spaces for relaxation and interaction amidst greenery. The layout employs dynamic geometric lines, with winding pathways that break up the building’s façade, creating human-scale seating and gathering areas nestled between the gardens and sweeping views.
