Ricardo Bofill (1939–2022), founder of Barcelona’s Taller de Arquitectura, built some of the most photographed architecture on earth — the rose-pink labyrinth of La Muralla Roja, the vertical village of Walden 7, and the monumental Espaces d’Abraxas outside Paris, all conceived from his studio in a converted cement factory, La Fábrica. Ricardo Bofill Leví is a Spanish architect, who, since 1963, continues to lead the international architectural and urban design practice Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura.
