Collins Cooper Carusi Architects (CCCA) is a leading firm in the USA, who has designed many iconic projects of different typologies such as intuitional buildings, hospitality projects, churches, and occupant buildings.

1. New North Atlanta high school
The high school accommodates 2350 pupils with its 11 story building. It was transformed from an old IBM building where renovations and multiple additions were made for the upgrade. Parking lots were transformed into athletic venues, baseball, softball, football, tennis courts, along with running tracks were made. Though the corporate IBM building architecture can be observed here while the work CCCA has bought several changes, so the student can easily connect with.
2. William Porter Payne and Portar Otis Payne Indoor Athletic Facility
The structure has a translucent wall panel system that provides filtered daylight, along with an LED light system to provide 75 ft illumination over the field. The design requirement was to provide a world-class indoor athletic facility and working along with RATIO architects, this project was done. This facility houses 600 and more students with an area of about 120-yard football courts along with other world-class facilities.
3. Global Ministries Headquarters
This corporate project holds a platinum LEED certification for its sustainability efforts, which includes EIFS and roofing systems. This company headquarters comprises the abandoned school building and adjacent church building, both combined with help of a pedestrian bridge system. The renovation had totally changed the place with welcoming community space, fellowship hall and living room, and meeting areas.
4. Mill springs academy lower & middle school
New methods of learning are encouraged through designing open collaborative spaces within the building. Architects developed spatial organization, circulation concepts, architectural massing, and aesthetic imagery without disturbing existing parking facilities and provided new circulation patterns for better feasibility. The existing building has both renovated and new better facilities alongside.
5. Oak hall + Elm hall
It offers 727 beds with 415 undergraduates and 312 graduate students with two-bedroom, suite facilities. It also facilitates a game room, multi-purpose space, courtyard and lobby, mail service area, housing services, manager offices, and conference rooms. For Augusta University and Dalton state college CCCA has worked on the record of two of the nine projects.
6. C.H Gullatt elementary school
The central courtyard in the school is the Wow factor which expands learning, teaching experiences. The media center is zoned along one end of the courtyard, which encourages a range of groups and uses. Production lab and project labs are built alongside a media center which facilitates sharing and support of resources among the students.
7. YMCA Early learning center
Built inside of the YMCA LLC building, supports early learning in language and literacy makes the infants explore, learn, and grow. Each classroom includes a front porch to identify their rooms, which intense the bonding between them. Interiors inspired with flexible classrooms and biophilia-environmental graphics, got LEED silver for sustainability.
8. Hermitages + Cottages
This place provides lodging options for small groups, ranging from 350 Sq.ft to 540 Sq.ft. each cottage has around 4 to 5 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and dining room with 140 acres of wooded surroundings. The cottages were made on elevated concrete piers to maximize shade from the woods. Geothermal heating and cooling systems provide energy savings with sustainability in mind.
9. Georgia Southern University Health Services Building
Having Georgia Peach Green Building certification, this two-story health services features medical support facilities. It is equipped with 48 exam and triage rooms, full women’s health services, primary care, x-ray and imaging diagnostics, laboratory, pharmacy, eyeglass and contact lens retail, physical therapy, and health education with consoling spaces.
10. San Damiano Chapel
This chapel has a great wooded path accommodating 100 people, and is a place of quiet retreat. Designed with the inspiration from St. Francis of Assisi, his appreciation of animals, nature, and environment, which is the reason it has large windows built in a way in harmony with nature.
11. Heards Ferry Elementary School
The linear school building is built on the narrow site with academics and after-school activities in the west and east wing subsequently. CCCA works with FCBE in developing master specifications for elementary school prototypes, helpful in constructing more than 20 projects.
12. Camellia Palace
Transforming the traditional place to a unique modern living space makes a residential feel for the occupants; interior architecture brings “timelessness” into the place. Through its way of engaging, it brings a healthy relationship between community members and employees with a high level of comfort.
13. YMCA Corporate Office Renovation
After updating the YMCA brand image CCCA came with a rebranding interior style for the non-profit corporate office. The renovation work scheduled carefully such that it doesn’t disturb the busy office with the full operation. The renovation had a modern style with the brand’s vibrant graphics, warm colors, natural wood finishes, and clean lines.
14. E. Rivers Elementary school
Having over 100 years in teaching its community people, has three classroom wings. The school features parking, carpool drop-off, soccer field, eco-garden, and playgrounds. CCCA and APS made the school architecture blend with surrounding neighborhoods with its history.
15. Cong.Etz Chaim Interior Renovations
The renovation adds up youthful congregation and faith among the people while considering the tight time and budget constraints. Lobby administrative areas like pre-function, gift shop, and bathroom spaces were renovated with warm wood veneer paneling bringing a harmonious design style. Many energy-saving techniques ensure energy efficiency.
