2. PitsouKedem

Focused on the style of Shan-Shui, an old Chinese Traditional Art as their philosophy and a vision for spaces and cities to be in harmony with humanity, city, and nature. Such are the ambitions of this Beijing based Chinese firm led by Ar. 4. NeriOxman

Many of you remember her from Netflix’s “Abstract design” for those who don’t, she is someone who will not just disrupt the whole construction and material industry but will revolutionize it and not with anything futuristic but what has already been given to us in nature. She is an Israeli born architect, designer, and artist who is a professor at the MIT media lab long gone for us to use these old conventional materials with something to look forward to.

6. Sanjay Puri Architects

Founded in the year 1992 and led by Architect Sanjay Puri is one of the most talked-about architects of the contemporary era with his portfolio ranging from residential to interior and hospitality, he started his career under the guidance of eminent architect Hafeez Contractor before starting his own with offices in Mumbai and New Delhi. The principal architect of the Adjaye Associated since its inception in 2000 with studios in New York, London, and Accra he is one of the most global and famous architects from the African descent born in Ghana and then moving to London. I was taken away by his magic when I saw his ted talk in which he talks in-depth his projects and how he approaches design believing that the old saying “form follows function” is just not enough form should follow function but it should also aspire fiction to tell a story of the people who lived in the era as to how these buildings are not just structure but narratives hybrids.
