The great advantage of these apartments is the presence of panoramic windows in all rooms, which allowed to let in as much light as possible. Mostly light-colored fronts were used in the kitchen to make the room even lighter, and natural oak veneer inserts in lacquer tinting gave it a natural personality.

The center of the composition is an island in the same light colors, but shrouded in bright furniture elements in the form of a small half-bar counter and kitchen chairs. In general, all rooms of the apartment contain elements of natural materials such as wood, stone, textiles, etc. They decided to decorate the bedroom in calm, warm and light colors.

Alexey Samotaev decided to decorate the walls in the apartment mainly by painting, except for one wall in the bedroom. Here the finishing appears in the form of plaster with a muddled effect, which certainly adds a little brutality to this light interior.

The connecting element in the bedroom is a 3D gypsum panel, which combines the color of the bedspread, the facades of the wardrobe, as well as the texture with rough plaster. And there is everything for receiving guests: places for communication in the kitchen area, and a double place to sleep in a small living room on a comfortable sofa in case someone wants to stay.
