Given the conditions of the plot, it was decided to develop the project as a linear structure parallel to Av. Prats de Motlló. This linear building has a perpendicular volumen that goes from the northwest end to the limit of the plot, generating two patios, one on each side of the building. The main access, offices, changing rooms and consultations offices are located facing Prats de Motlló Avenue.

The project presents four landscaped patios:
Patio Prats de Motlló: It is a green space that has a slight upward slope and is thought of as a green area that accompanies the building in a northeast-southwest direction and that has a staircase and a main access ramp to the building in the northeast corner.
Staff Patio: It is a staff court since it is close to the administrative and personnel services area.
Consultation patio: It is a patio only for ventilation and lighting of the clinic but without public access, which is only accessible for maintenance from the facilities area.
General service patio: This patio in front of the public toilets and the facilities area, it is separated from the consultation patio by a fence. It is also proposed as a green lighting and ventilation area for this part of the building; accessible only to maintenance staff.
