The client envisioned a space that would harmonize sleek, modern aesthetics with the historic character of the existing architecture. The resulting design honors the legacy of the building while introducing sophisticated, contemporary interventions. The overarching theme is one of rustic materiality refined by modern detailing — exposed brick walls and warm, earthy décor celebrating the structure’s heritage while sleek finishes elevate the overall experience.

Designed to accommodate up to 98 guests, the restaurant features a variety of seating configurations: intimate round tables, scenic window-side arrangements, communal tables for casual socializing, and a secluded private dining room. The latter, centered around a traditional communal table, provides an ideal setting for family gatherings or formal meetings, comfortably seating up to 20 guests. Throughout the space, marble tabletops and handcrafted wooden chairs — infused with Scandinavian design sensibilities — merge functional elegance with understated luxury. Window-side seating and an expansive lounge area further enhance the guest experience, encouraging leisurely dining and meaningful conversation.

A defining architectural element is the monumental arched brick wall, which gracefully delineates the lounge from the main dining zone. This feature adds both structural drama and visual continuity, creating distinct spatial experiences without disrupting the flow of the interior. Complemented by veneer-clad walls, pristine white brick surfaces, and an open ceiling concept, the design achieves a balanced aesthetic — chic yet grounded, refined yet approachable.
The material palette celebrates a dialogue between raw textures and refined finishes. Brick walls, partially unveiled by carefully stripping away layers of plaster and paint, introduce an authentic, time-worn character. This rusticity is offset by sleek veneer panels, while marble surfaces and artisanal wooden furniture channel the quiet sophistication of Nordic design. The open ceiling enhances the sense of volume and introduces subtle industrial cues, contributing to the restaurant’s modern edge without overpowering its warmth.

Externally, the façade embraces classical architectural motifs, establishing a striking visual identity that echoes the restaurant’s culinary ethos — rooted in tradition, yet forward-looking. This stylistic decision creates a seamless bridge between heritage and innovation, mirroring the gastronomic journey within.
One of the central design challenges lay in reconciling the raw, tactile nature of the building with a polished, premium ambiance. Revealing the original brickwork required thoughtful deconstruction and precision, ensuring authenticity didn’t compromise cohesion. Veneer wall finishes and painted brick accents were strategically employed to bring visual unity, while the open ceiling became an opportunity to blend industrial character with Scandinavian-inspired warmth.

“All Eyes on Me” stands as a refined interplay of rustic textures and modern elegance — a space designed to inspire connection, conversation, and culinary discovery. Every element contributes to a layered, memorable experience, where architectural heritage and contemporary design coalesce to elevate the act of dining.
