11. Lori | Tiffany Brooks
According to Tiffany, this was one of the most difficult space plans she had ever been presented with. There were space constraints, particularly near the TV area. The colour palette was changed from yellow and orange to grey.
The floor plan was an awkward one in terms of deciding where to put the TV. So, she decided to rebuild the fireplace. The team used the small faces to multifunction, by acting as storage spaces for her CDs. Tiffany Brooks Interiors completed this project in 9.5 months.
12. Donna
The clients hired the team to redecorate the entire lower level of her home. There was no need to change the existing furniture layout. They just needed to address the accessories and furniture. Once they removed furniture that didn’t match with the desired colour theme of sand and sea, space evolved.
They also removed all the cornices to move from the 90s style. All the windows were treated and the lighting fixtures were repainted and replaced. Some of the furniture was up-cycled. Tiffany Brooks Interiors completed this project in 5.5 months.
13. Lisa | Tiffany Brooks
Lisa was very particular about the budget and colour requests. Other than that, she wanted the design to be a surprise. She wanted to change for her home and requested a mix of ethnic, purple and feminine, all in one room. Tiffany began by opening up the plan to create more space.
The walls, ceilings, etc., were repainted. The vintage tables were re-imagined by using them as end and accent pieces. A large-scale painting that is kept above her sofa, was done by Tiffany herself. Tiffany Brooks Interiors completed this project in 2.5 months.
14. Ketan and Kavita
This project was a turning point for Tiffany and her business largely depended on the success of it. This apartment owned by newly-weds Ketan and Kavita, Tiffany Brooks wanted it to turn out as amazing as her clients were.
Rewiring had to be done to hide all the wires which were out of place. They painted and updated the whole colour scheme. Next, they revised the floor plan to make it feel less claustrophobic. The team completed this project in 4.5 months.
15. Lori S North Suburb Living Room | Tiffany Brooks
The team started at the root of the problem, by removing the gloomy furniture. This was done by changing the upholstery along with procuring new furniture. The wallpapers were changed to match the colour scheme.
The clients wanted to get rid of the maroon colour.
They also painted the silhouettes – to bring a touch of humour. To finish off the look, the pictures, books, florals, paintings, and mirrors were added. Tiffany Brooks Interiors completed this project in less than 6 months.
