2. Washington Mariott Marquis –  

Location – Florida
Project type – Hospitality

One of the biggest hotels downtown, the Washington DC Marriott Marquis Hotel, and Convention Center is equipped with 1,175 guestrooms and suites to guests and convention visitors. The inn sits adjoining Mt. Vernon Square and associates with the Walter Washington Convention Center through a safe passage underneath ninth Street NW. The hotel includes the largest banquet hall and meeting room space and ballroom space of the city.

3. Aspin academy – 

Location – Dubai, UAE
Project type – Educational institution

Aspin academy is a private school for local emeriti students, which provides education in Arabic and English. The school has an aquatic center, a gymnasium, an auditorium that can host 700 people at a time, a magnificent lobby, and an internal learning courtyard.

4. Lancaster county convention centre – 

Location – Pennsylvania
Project type – Convention centre

The Lancaster County Convention Center, includes 90,000 square feet of meeting space with 80 rooms are situated inside the Watt and the 299-room Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square inn are situated in the City’s notable Penn Square. Cooper Carry gave Environmental Graphic Design administrations to both the inn and new assembly hall.

5. Oak Steakhouse – 

Location – Nashville, Tennessee
Project type – Hospitality

Oak Steakhouse is located adjoining the Westin lodging, is a phenomenal two-level space with a ceiling ascending 35-foot. With just a single type of oak utilized all through, just as 100-year-old recovered wood, the space gives a provincial gesture to Nashville’s western legacy. Mechanical wrenches, steel containers, and racking all made by locally available Nashville metal craftsmen add realness and coarseness to the refined eatery. 6. The Henderson –

The five-diamond beach resort was planned and designed by Cooper Carry. 9. Georgia tech – 

Location – Atlanta, Georgia
Project type – Educational institution

11. Kimpton tryon park hotel –  

Location – Charlotte, North Carolina

Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel is a 18-storey, 217-key extravagance boutique lodging situated at the side of Third and Church Streets in the core of the city’s uptown neighborhood. The plan of Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel mirrors the refinement of the Queen City, introducing a smooth façade that supplements its neighboring office tower while mirroring the shapes of the 5.4-section of land Romare Bearden Park.

12. Nasa integrated engineering services building – 

Location – Hampton, Virginia
Project type – Office, workplace

Nasa integrated engineering services building is a 2 storey mixed-use building at NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC). The building incorporates coordinated effort spaces; workplaces; a multi-media creation suite; a full-administration cafeteria including food arrangement, eating and serving territories; instruction and preparing focus; and a theater, gathering, and meeting offices.

13. Park centre one – 

Location – Dunwoody, Georgia
Project type – Mixed-use, Urban design and planning

Cooper Carry is the modeler for another groundbreaking strategy and Phase One plan for Park Center, a territorial ground being created by KDC in Dunwoody, Georgia. 14. Riverwood 200 –  

Location – Atlanta, Georgia
Project type – Office, workplace

15. University of Georgia – 

Location – Athens, Georgia
Project type – Educational institution 

The renovation and modification of a 3-storey building into a residential space for the University of Georgia was done by Cooper Carry which comprises residential space for 32 students with attached kitchens, student lounges, and other student meeting spaces. The private floors incorporate a condo for the manager and two visitor suites.
