Every detail is meticulously crafted to create a luxurious “showroom everywhere,” while optimizing energy use and integrating modern green solutions. The result is a connected, airy, and inspiring work environment.
DESIGN CONCEPT:
Phale Group’s design vision is to create a building that not only fulfills the functional requirements of an administrative complex but also ensures sustainability, energy efficiency, and harmony with the surrounding environment. The structure is designed with the aim of maximizing usability, minimizing environmental impact, and enhancing work performance.

DESIGN INTENT:
The client aspires to develop a building that not only meets operational needs but also becomes a “showroom everywhere” – where every perspective reflects aesthetic value and professionalism. The design maximizes green spaces and open areas to foster spatial connectivity. As an industrial facility, the design prioritizes spacious and airy workspaces that encourage interaction among different areas, striking a balance between functionality and aesthetics.

DESIGN SOLUTIONS IMPLEMENTED IN THE PROJECT:
Functional Planning:
The building is organized into clearly defined and efficiently arranged functional zones, including a showroom, modern office spaces, a canteen, laboratory, meeting rooms, seminar areas, and auxiliary zones. Each area is laid out to streamline workflows while offering seamless connectivity and user convenience. Natural light is utilized through open spaces, enhancing visual and emotional connection across zones and reducing reliance on artificial lighting.

A central atrium functions as an open showroom and a visual highlight of the building. It also serves as a relaxing retreat for employees and acts as the building’s “green lung,” helping to regulate indoor air quality, promote natural ventilation, and strengthen spatial interaction.
Façade Design:
To address challenges such as dust pollution from the main road and intense solar radiation from the western façade, a double-skin façade system is employed. This solution mitigates environmental stress, enhances air circulation, and provides effective insulation. Additionally, the façade design incorporates the company’s branding, reinforcing visual identity while adding a distinctive aesthetic character to the building.

Energy Solutions:
The project adopts a range of sustainable technologies, including high-efficiency LED lighting, HRV/ERV ventilation systems, heat pumps, and the aforementioned double-skin façade for thermal insulation and radiation control. Natural daylight is harnessed through skylights and soft-coated glass, while solar panels provide clean energy. An intelligent Building Management System (BMS) automatically monitors and optimizes energy use, contributing to cost savings and environmental protection.
