The interior design includes the development of a lobby area, galleries on the ground
floor, elevator lobbies, typical corridors, games room and toilets. The project was based
on the principle of integration with the surrounding natural landscape. Panoramic
glazing expands the boundaries of the interior and incorporates the surrounding
landscape into the inner space. The lobby and adjacent galleries are treated as part of
the street, while the elevator halls and inter-apartment corridors are considered as an
internal space separated from the street.

So, in the proposed design there are two themes: light «wooden» theme (this is a reference to nature, to the river, to natural materials, stone and wood and the beating of these images), and dark theme. This visual contrast draws a clear line between open and closed, public and private. Smooth lines on the floor, as allusions to the coastal strip and water curls – an association with natural materials.

Rounded soft forms – the image of pebbles and windless rocks. Dark ceilings with pointed star-lights – solar flashes on water and night sky. The individual elements of the decoration, such as the concrete flowerbeds in the galleries or the greenery integrated into the structure of the mailboxes and the widemes behind the reception desk only reinforce the natural parallel. The decorative elements of the round shape on the ceiling of the lobby are the image of clouds, or leaves. These structures are not only part of the sculptural composition of the ceiling, but also are lighting elements.

The materials used look natural and natural, correspond to the required fire safety class.
As the main finishing material, ceramic granite of different designs and formats is used.
On the floors, the picture has a fine grain and imitates the texture of concrete, on the
walls large-format ceramic granite with imitation wood, and in a couple with it, ceramic
granite simulating milled wooden panels.

The choice of ceramic granite is determined primarily by its resistance to abrasion, physical loads, and the possibility of its restoration, in place or by replacing plates. Another material that is present everywhere are the relief plates made of fibreconcrete from the rake of the triangular section. As in the case of ceramic granite, fibreconcrete meets the highest operational and fire requirements.
