The clients of this project are an older adult couple of Italian origin. They contacted us once the real estate had already been acquired. The obvious benefits of this 375-square-meter Penthouse were that it had a good design and previous architectural distribution and had excellent natural lighting and its slab height was 4.00 meters high, which allowed a good development of the decorative ceiling design. . And the development of fascias for indirect lighting.

This assignment was developed by analyzing the specific needs and tastes of the clients.

They requested environments with different possibilities and combinations of artificial lighting.

The fact of integrating the space of the rooms and dining room to the terrace-balcony. That it has an incomparable view of the Pacific Ocean, was something inescapable.

The core structure of this commission was the minimalist and modern interior design.

It was developed anticipating the ability to place and harmonize the entire collection of paintings that customers had.

Furniture was designed and built on site for the perfect combination between technology and the pre-established decorative style.

Each chosen piece of furniture was taking care of all the details of good taste. The furnishings were chosen from French and Italian designers.

All the lamps, cornices, moldings, accessories and decorations were a very eclectic combination of styles in their details and colors.
