In order to make the most rational use of the area of the site, the volume of the house itself was located closer to the road. The facade, from the side of the street, is simple and minimal in order to attract the attention of passers-by as little as possible.

The first floor of the house consists of two main blocks: a common area that includes a living room, kitchen and dining room, as well as a spa area with a small pool and a lounge area. There is also a sauna, a locker room, a shower room, and a bathroom. From all the main premises of the ground floor, it is possible to get to the site, thanks to sliding window systems. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, dressing rooms, bathrooms and a common double-height space.

The volume of the house combines several types of materials in its decoration: clinker brick, board and concrete surface. The materials emphasize the composition of the volume of the house and the modern direction in style.

The house has two terraces. At the entrance of the house there is a small terrace with a hanging chair. Facing the courtyard, a large terrace for relaxing with a large table and a seating area. The terrace can be closed with sliding glass partitions from the wind. Terrace board made of composite material, which simplifies its operation. Pavings and paths are made of different types of granite and slate.

The house is equipped with a smart home climate and lighting control automation system, a supply and exhaust ventilation system with heat recovery, which meets all the latest energy saving and environmental requirements. On the territory of the site, under the lawn, automatic irrigation systems and guides for the robot mower were laid.

In the evening, the site creates its own special atmosphere, thanks to the thoughtful placement of facade and landscape lamps.

When designing, we thought through different scenarios of family life for the most comfortable life.
