On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with two-height space, which gives the room volume due to high ceilings and panoramic windows.
Nearby are the kitchen and dining area. Also in this project, a technical kitchen is provided, in case of receiving guests.
On the ground floor, a pool area and a spa with a hammam were provided.
Of course, we thought over the entrance group with a wardrobe and a front hall.Garage for 2 cars and a platform in front of it for guests.On the second floor there are bedrooms with their own dressing rooms and private bathrooms.
The house is designed in a modern style: straight rosary forms, flat roof and a large number of panoramic windows. Glazing allows residents of this house to be closer to nature.By the way, on the ground floor there is an exit to the street, to a landscaped terrace. Taking into account the climate of our country, we, of course, provided for a canopy.
For the decoration of the facades, large-format stone-like ceramics with a natural texture, wood were used. Glazing frames, roofing, front doors in black add graphic character to this architecture.To illuminate the house, we used linear lamps on the roof safits. Evening lighting of this house will be very cozy!
