The Aqua Verde project is a contemporary transformation of a single-family home along Lake Austin. Designed by DK Studio, the renovation focused on enhancing the home’s relationship to its natural surroundings while introducing a modern, serene aesthetic throughout.

Both exterior and interior spaces were significantly reimagined. The dated stone cladding was replaced with clean white stucco, and dramatic gables were added to create visual interest and strengthen the connection to the lake and sky. A new roof framing system allowed for raised ceilings, bringing light and volume into the heart of the home.
Key upgrades include custom black-framed windows, steel doors, and a fully reconfigured backyard with a pool designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully modernized with floating vanities, open layouts, and sophisticated finishes that blend warmth with minimalism.
By opening up circulation, reconfiguring interior volumes, and embracing Lake Austin views at every turn, Aqua Verde now offers its residents an elevated yet grounded lifestyle experience.
