The industrial material palette chosen for Gallon 56 that includes scrap, leather, jute fabric, wood and metal as its main element giving this bikers café concept an air to breathe.

Everything revolves around a refined simplicity and essentiality of the material used, intertwined exposed structure, save a lot of transformation of the space, play on the contrast of light in a scenic vintage case. Each element, from the arrangement of the tables to the choice of sittings designed to create an experience more than a simple space. Strong symbols catches attention and set a unified style, exposing passion and love for bikes and the thrill of it.
