Each store responds to its context, yet all share HARMAY’s signature blend of discovery, order, and surprise. At their core, these spaces are more than retail, they are destinations where the brand’s community can connect, even in the most unexpected locations.

Tucked inside one of China’s busiest transport hubs, HARMAY Hongqiao redefines the airport retail experience through a spatial concept rooted in motion, modularity, and meticulous curation. Designed by AIM Architecture, the store embraces the energy of travel with a dynamic layout inspired by luggage systems and display belts. A central rotating conveyor anchors the space, showcasing over 250 travel-sized SKUs in skincare, fragrance, and cosmetics, an efficient yet engaging retail mechanism tailored for transient consumers.

Set against the grayscale palette of the airport, the store’s striking red interior becomes an immediate visual landmark. This bold monochrome treatment cuts through the visual noise of the terminal, turning HARMAY into a beacon, impossible to ignore and hard to forget. It reinforces the brand’s disruptive DNA while drawing visitors into an unexpected retail world.

Vertical wall racks and flexible display modules create a graphic backdrop of ranked products, echoing the brand’s signature blend of order and discovery. Adaptable shelving, movable rods, and modular signage allow for seamless shifts between categories, cosmetics, apparel, accessories, giving the space long-term relevance and room for brand collaborations.

HARMAY Hongqiao isn’t just a store, it’s a compact, expressive brand statement made for fast-paced environments, where bold visibility, speed, and storytelling converge, and where even in transit, a sense of community and connection is sparked.
