Balancing the need for ample parking with maximizing rentable space was a critical aspect of the design. The layout was meticulously configured to optimize both, ensuring accessibility for customers while providing tenants with sufficient space to operate their businesses effectively. Additionally, permeable pavers in the parking area address stormwater management, contributing to the site’s sustainability and creating a pedestrian-friendly environment.
