Sustainable Materials –
Sustainable design choices were prioritized, including a layout that maximizes natural north light, significantly reducing the need for artificial lighting during operational hours. Nexion tiles, known for their sustainable manufacturing and sourcing, were utilized to minimize recurring maintenance. For the bathrooms, TOTO and Grohe fittings were chosen for their automation and low water consumption, leading to a substantial decrease in overall water usage despite daily use by 75-100 patients and doctors.
