The design of this two-level apartment had to combine functionality, comfort and style, and also make the most efficient use of space on both floors. The task also included taking into consideration all the features of the complex space and the wishes of the customer.

Layout

Both floors of the apartment have an area of ​​258 m².When designing the first level of the living space, Diff architects ensured convenience and ease of movement between the main areas creating a harmonious combination of the living room, kitchen and dining room. The designers took into account the storage needs and made the most efficient use of space in the closed kitchen and pantries.On the second level of the apartment there are two bedrooms, a spacious dressing room and several bathrooms.

Concept

The interior design of this apartment in an urban environment embodies modern style and sophistication. From the first steps through the stone portal of the entrance group, the guest is enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and functionality. A spacious living room with huge panoramic windows creates a sense of space and light, comfortable living area and a stylish kitchen with an island are equipped with the best appliances for comfortable cooking. Dark glossy surfaces of the walls not only add contrast to the interior, but also cleverly hide structural elements such as concrete pylons, which visually expands the space.

The staircase that connects the two levels of the apartment acts as an important connecting element. Its warm-toned wood veneer finish combined with stone steps and backlighting creates a spectacular sight reflected on the black glossy surfaces.The master bedroom on the second floor amazes with its chic and organization of space. It includes a separate dressing room with glass facades and a sophisticated aluminum profile, complemented by a stylish vertical handle. These elements, extending from the ceiling to the floor, give the dressing room a special charm and sophistication.
