Designed by FRS Arquitetura, Apartment LJM is an expansive 460 m² residence, the result of merging two units. Located in Salvador, Bahia, the project was conceived to ensure spacious, well-lit interiors. With a palette of neutral tones—whites, beiges, and light woo —the project fosters a serene and harmonious atmosphere throughout the interiors.

The living room, framed by large windows that allow generous natural light, offers a warm and inviting ambiance. One of the highlights is the discreet yet elegant wine cellar, seamlessly integrated into the wooden paneling, providing both a modern storage solution and an element that enhances social gatherings. The selection of contemporary furnishings and refined finishes elevates the project’s elegance, harmonizing aesthetics and functionality.

The kitchen, directly connected to the dining area, facilitates interaction between residents
and guests. Premium materials, such as fine wood, are carefully curated to create a
balanced and sophisticated environment. The bedrooms prioritize comfort and privacy, with meticulously designed details that enhance tranquility and relaxation.

Wood is a recurring element, featured in partitions, cladding, and bespoke furniture, adding warmth and sophistication to the interiors. The strategic use of natural light accentuates textures and reinforces a sense of serenity. Perforated partitions and delicate finishes contribute to the apartment’s airy and light-filled ambiance.

The interior design of Apartment LJM embraces neutral tones that evoke calmness and
well-being, complemented by design elements that celebrate the region’s cultural essence.
Natural materials and curated artworks reflecting Bahia’s heritage enrich the decor. Abstract and semi-abstract art pieces adorn the walls, infusing color and character into the spaces. The interplay between soft hues and regional elements results in a refined yet distinctive environment.
