The project began with an unusual request from the clients. “We need a home where daily life naturally blends with hosting guests – from Sunday breakfasts to evening gatherings,” – these were their first words at our meeting. This wish shaped the concept of the first level, which spans 112 square meters.

Inspired by the clients’ Scandinavian experience, we made a bold decision – installing a fireplace in Limassol’s Mediterranean climate. This element, combined with the warmth of natural wood in the kitchen and a large dining table, created a welcoming family space.

The second level (99 square meters) reveals the story of each family member’s personal space. The parents’ bedroom captures the idea of tranquility through natural materials and soft colors. The son’s room reflects modern living – clean lines and practicality create an ideal environment for growth. The guest bedroom emerged from the family’s tradition of frequently welcoming relatives and friends.

Special attention went to the lower level (112 square meters), where we placed a home office with professional sound insulation – a response to the new reality of remote work. Knowing the clients’ interest in exercise, we created a personal gym adapted to their training programs.
An important element of the project was the housekeeper’s area, equipped with a separate kitchen and rest space. This decision shows the clients’ concern for comfortable working conditions for all house residents.

SENCE ARCHITECTS successfully transformed the initial idea of a cozy family space into a multi-purpose villa, where each level tells its part of the story about an ideal home for a modern family in Limassol.
