The 70 mq apartment consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with an
open kitchen, which leads to a large terrace facing the sea. Therefore, the undisputed protagonist of the apartment is the sea which is framed by large sliding windows. Each furnishing solution has been imagined and designed trying not to interrupt the relationship between inside and outside. Colours, materials and finishes complete the project idea of a profound symbiotic relationship with each other and with the external environment: natural materials, such as marble and oak parquet; warm colors like earth and copper; enveloping light and relaxing color tones.

Inside, a kitchen with an island in a black finish, functional and modern, with a veined black marble top that winks at the timeless classic. It is a luxurious piece of furniture designed to interact with the living area without highlighting the classic characteristics of a kitchen: the Bora hob, the sink and the mixer almost blend in with everything else.

Everything is seasoned with the warmth of Malagola Catellani & Smith, which illuminates
and enchants. Always with a view to continuous interaction between inside and outside, the seats are facing the terrace and the sofa is a completely dynamic module, to be used in different conformations as desired. By choosing how to arrange the cushions, you can relate to the kitchen area, the TV area, the terrace. To complete the living area, Wallover and Caccaro TV wall unit.

The sleeping area and the living area are separated by a small hallway, also necessary for
the distribution of the systems in the various rooms of the apartment.

The warm colors of the living area return to the master bedroom. Wood and earth for the
furnishings. Dark natural oak for the parquet which gives continuity to the entire apartment. Boiserie in powder pink fabric and a beautiful wall in Fili di Seta finish make the environment welcoming, pleasant and relaxing.

The master bathroom maintains the same concept of refined elegance: onyx marble sink
that lets light filter through, Sicis dove gray vitrified tiles and walls in a distressed stone
finish.

The second bathroom has a more decisive and essential character, with black furnishings,
taps, sink and micro mosaic tiles. A wooden door with a worn stone finish hides the large
and practical laundry area.
