The interior design by Perkins&Will São Paulo born from the premise of welcoming clients
and employees in their different needs, accommodating remote-first work in a stimulating
and dynamic environment, built around a circular program that enhance contact with nature and the relationship between users by creating a central core with a large arena.

Carlos Andrigo, the project architect explains: “While representing a challenge in execution, the arena proved to be one of the liveliest spaces in the office, reinforcing the horizontal nature and effervescence of ideas characteristic of Superbid. In this space, we positioned a ticker symbol displaying financial market news, which required various technical studies, but also made possible the creation of a true studio. Converging cutting-edge technology and architecture, our goal was to create a meeting point to host auditions, lectures, training sessions, and strategic meetings, among other uses.”

Surrounded by glass, the central arena maximizes natural light in the office and organizes
the program: a coffee lounge receive clients and employees that enter through the main
entrance; from there, the program is divided into two zones connected by a ring around the
arena, on the right side are the areas for clients and visitor reception, while the left
concentrates areas like collective workstations, meeting rooms, and utilities; an
uninterrupted pathway encourage circular movement, fostering agile and pleasant interaction among different teams.

Appealing to sustainability, the circular layout – with windows surrounding the entire floor maximizes the incidence of natural lightening and privileges the 360° view where both
Pinheiros and Jardim Paulistano neighbourhoods can be seen. Privates offices and meeting
rooms also allow natural lighting and accentuate the integration of spaces.

The minimalism and sophistication of the finishes are combined with the magenta-colored
details, part of the Superbid brand identity. The application of wood in the furniture provides coziness, combining the neutral tones, predominant in the exposed structures, vinyl flooring, and acoustic ceilings of the floor.
