To achieve the customers’ objective, some structural reforms were necessary. The property, which initially had two bedrooms, now has just one bedroom for the couple, and the other was integrated into the living room, kitchen and service area, providing more space, in addition to freeing up more space for the dining room.

Another important modification was made in the couple’s bathroom, which had a very small space. The area that used to circulate the rooms became part of it, making it more spacious, modern, cozy and functional. Another important point was the use of the round windows that look like hatches, both in the couple’s bathroom and in the toilet, which, with the renovation, began to bring cross ventilation and natural lighting to all parts of the apartment.

The service area was camouflaged, so as not to get a visible appearance when entertaining friends, since the residents love music and have a hobby of playing as a DJ, in addition to preparing good drinks.
