Studio dLux’s proposal sheltered, within the different plans, the work and living ecosystem necessary for the realization of the client’s various projects. The roof was

used, with the construction of a new structure, and the access to it was given by a new flight of stairs that created a different volume and outside the standard circulation circuit, breaking the existing path.

Right at the entrance, a corridor was designed, surrounded by concrete blocks, leading to the oxidized metal gate. From the internal garden built on the right side of the entrance there is a pink bench that runs along the rest of the first floor, passing by the café, which levels the ramp with a deck, and then transforming into a large bleacher. At the back of this space are the restrooms and the company’s makerspace.

Up the first flight of stairs we find the mezzanine, with a few workstations and 3 “war rooms” for the secret projects run by the company. The upper floor is where most of the work space is, where we also find the stairway that leads to the roof space of the building, composed of wooden blocks that connect to a metal ladder without touching it.

The penthouse is the highlight of this project and was chosen to house the QN lab, a space where the company holds workshops and presentations for clients. An open space was also created for activities where it is possible to take better advantage of the open air.
