It’s located on a corner lot with a steep slope, which was one of the drivers of the proposal’s concept. We installed the entire service area, garage and main access to the house at the lowest level of the lot and we took advantage of the unevenness of the land to deploy the intimate and social area at a higher level, but still at ground level, allowing for a large garden.

The social and intimate volumes were implanted in two distinct pavilions with an interconnection between them through a circulation entirely made of wooden porticos and glass closure, allowing transparency and a scenic effect during the journey inside the house.

The entire social area of the house opens onto a large garden between the pavilions with a pool and deck. In addition, it has a balcony completely enclosed in a clay brick brise that also allows the entry and circulation of air and a filter for the incidence of sunlight inside the house, which also gives a scenic effect of light and shadow to the space in accordance with the movement of the sun.
