Benoni is a pearl of a town situated on the far Eastern side of Johannesburg in South Africa. It is on two sides of a valley bordering four lakes. Earlier, it was a mining camp and the local mining chairman Sir George Farrar, planned to landscape the valley. The town was then created in 1907.
