Danae Santibañez is an architect, researcher, and content creator whose work explores the deep connection between architecture, landscape, and environmental narratives. Based between London and Santiago, she approaches design not just as a physical process, but as a dialogue between space, nature, and storytelling. Through architectural representation, photography, and video, Danae delves into how landscapes influence the aesthetics and function of the built environment, shaping the way we experience space.
With a rich academic background, she has shared her insights as a lecturer at institutions like Universidad de Chile, Ravensbourne University, and The Bartlett School of Architecture. Her research and contributions to the field have also been showcased in renowned platforms such as ArchDaily, WA Magazine, and The Calvert Journal. As a recipient of the FONDART architecture research fund in Chile, Danae’s work is not just about documenting architecture but critically engaging with it—pushing the boundaries of how we perceive and design our surroundings.
Currently, as Head of Community and Digital Marketing at ArchDaily, she continues to bridge the gap between research, media, and practice, using storytelling to shape global conversations around architecture and its evolving role in our world.
